Here at Â The Color Run, we are all about beingÂ healthy, happyÂ and most importantly, being yourself!Â We’ve put together some of our top tips to help you stay healthy, happyÂ and to just be you!
Eating healthy and regular exercise are key to staying super healthy. We love colour, so we suggest that you ‘eat the rainbow’ by eating lots of colourful foods such as fruit and veg! Drinking lots of water is vital for good health too, whilst another top tip is never to miss breakfast – it’s our favourite meal of the day, and gives us fuel to have a productive day!
Surrounding yourself with family and friends who make you laugh and smile 🙂 Realise the things you enjoy doing, whether it’s running, reading or cooking, dancing – try and do these things regularly to ensure you stay happy and always have a smile on your face!
Most importantly of all – always be yourself! You are you, and there’s only one of you in the whole world, so why try and be like someone else? Embrace you individuality and don’t let others sway who you are and what you want to do!
